Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original Coolina packaging, ensuring all protective blade guards and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
